Today, Friday 25th of May, 2007, the NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc and OMX AB jointly announced that they have entered into an agreement to combine the two companies. The current rules of the Stockholm Stock Exchange state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company.
With reference to what is stated above, the shares in OMX AB (ISIN code SE0000110165 and order book ID 405) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday May 28th, 2007.
