NCC sells office project in Oslo for SEK 173 million

NCC Property Development AS in Norway has concluded an agreement with NEAS ASA
concerning the leasing and sale of the Lysaker Nova office project in Oslo,
which comprises 4,500 square meters of office space. The purchase price amounts
to approximately SEK 173 million and the transaction will have a positive impact
of slightly more than SEK 22 million on NCC's earnings during the second quarter
of 2007.

NEAS ASA is a facility management company. Occupancy and takeover of the
property is scheduled for December 2008. In turn, NEAS ASA has concluded an
agreement with Pareto Eiendomsfond Nordic ASA regarding the final placement of
the property. 

Construction work is scheduled to start before summer 2007 and will be performed
by NCC Construction AS.
