Maconomy A/S and Marstrand Inovation A/S enter into an OEM agreement
Copenhagen, April 13, 2007. Maconomy has today entered into an OEM agreement
with Marstrand Innova-tion about delivery of a capacity planning component to
Maconomy's upcoming solutions which will be re-leased May 1, 2007.
This agreement does not change Maconomy's financial expectations for 2007.
