FCMC HAS RECEIVED AN APPLICATION REGARDING JSC "KVADRA PAK" SHARE BUYBACK OFFER

Financial and Capital Market Commission has received a request from Andris Vītoliņš  
to authorize the launch JSC "KVADRA PAK" share buyback offer. The price is LVL 0.79 
per share.

The shareholders may respond to the offer within thirty days starting from the next business 
day after the notification on the buyback offer has been published in the newspaper 
"Latvijas Vēstnesis". The offer comes into effect only after the approval by FCMC.
