Megola Inc. Announces Enhanced Distributor Program for Water Treatment and Air Purification Products Lines

CORRUNA, Ontario, July 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Megola Inc. (OTCBB:MGOA), a leading environmental solution provider in physical water treatment, microbiological control, wastewater treatment and air purification, announced that it has developed enhanced distributor programs that will accommodate the addition of their new and existing products for both their water and air divisions.

"For Megola, the new programs will enable us to continue to progress with our business plan of obtaining quality distributors throughout the world, similar to the newly created relationship with BuyMax LLC and successful past additions like Dalian Bingshan H2O3 Environmental Solutions, J&C Technologies, and Arjac Inc., to name a few. The distributor programs will play a key role in Megola's success and contribute to the success of each distributor as well. Megola presently has 19 authorized distributors worldwide with BuyMax (a division of VenVest, Inc.) alone having over 1,600 dealers throughout the U.S.," states Joel Gardner, chief executive officer of Megola Inc.

Megola will continue to market their readiness to establish new distribution networks through continued and increased advertisements and trade show attendances. Under the terms of the program, Megola will provide all necessary training and product support for their physical water treatment and air purification divisions, which will enable new distributor's access to immediate penetration into all the industries. Megola is also in the process of having a new web site developed which will offer 24/7 support to its distributors by providing them secure and private access to product documentation, marketing material, and technical information.

"We have already had companies from Utah, Indiana, Texas, and Ontario sign up with our program, and with the feedback we've been receiving, we expect to significantly expand our distributor network throughout the North American market place in the coming months. Progressive companies are always looking to diversify and increase their product lines and Megola has proven products to support their company's growth," adds Dennis Davies, distribution manger, Megola Inc. Davies continues, "With the increasing legislations that are resulting in bans of salt softeners (Senate Bill 1006) in North America, existing water and plumbing dealers are looking towards a Megola distributorship as an alternative solution to replace their present water treatment systems."

Megola Inc. (www.megola.com) develops enabling technologies for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential users. Megola Inc. is in the process of greatly expanding both the scope of its offerings and its reach throughout the global marketplace. This is a continuance of the new business model that was launched last year. Megola has also expanded to include other applications and products, utilizing technologies such as ultraviolet light, ozone, and copper ions, which the company believes will significantly boost its revenues.
