AdZone Research Names Kathleen Feehan as its New Corporate Controller


CALVERTON, N.Y., Aug. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a provider of pioneering Internet surveillance technology, reported today that it has appointed Kathleen Feehan to the newly created position of Corporate Controller.

She joins the company from Long Island, N.Y.-based Dayton T. Brown, Inc., a multi-divisional, privately held, international single source company, in business since 1950. From its 300,000 square foot plant, situated on more than 30 acres, it meets the needs of a customer base that includes the U.S. and international military services, as well as government, aerospace, commercial and industrial clients.

Ms. Feehan held positions of increasing responsibility at Dayton T. Brown beginning in 1995. She initially served four years as Government Billing Coordinator, overseeing invoicing for all government contracts. In 1999, she was appointed e-Business Coordinator. She was responsible for coordinating both the company's R&D proposals as well as its purchasing department coordinating suppliers' capabilities to achieve product within a vendor consortium under one government contract. From 2001 to the present, she served as Government Contracts Finance Administrator. Reporting to the company's Chief Financial Officer, she was the company's principal liaison between the government's finance units and the company's accounting department. As part of that responsibility, she also conducted internal government audits and was responsible for overview of subcontract purchasing agreements.

Ms. Feehan is completing her degree in business management at the State University of New York. A resident of Yaphank, N.Y., she is a member of the National Contracts Management Association, and has participated in contract administration seminars for the past five years in order to obtain Associate Contract Manager certification.

AdZone Research is headquartered in Calverton, N.Y., in a facility that formerly housed major defense contractor Northrop Grumman Corporation. The facility was earlier used for top-secret defense research and development, and was part of the United States Navy's Naval Defense Technology Center.
