Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Subsidiary Secures New Design to Increase Business For Use On Permanent Modular Projects

New Design Will Allow Global Modular, Inc. to Compete With 'Slab-On-Grade' Requirements

CHOWCHILLA, Calif, July 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Diversified Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:GDVI), focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market, is pleased to report that the company can now design, manufacture and deliver new modular construction buildings that provide the aesthetics of conventional (stick-built) construction, but at greatly reduced costs and faster completion times than traditional construction projects.

These types of modular structures are becoming more popular with architects, who in most cases perform the design criteria for a new school, for new school wing additions, etc. This type of construction renders a finished product that provides the aesthetics of conventional (stick-built) construction, and in many cases can also offer a more attractive "value-on-the-dollar" to schools due to Global's unique in-plant manufacturing process.

Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Chairman and CEO Phil Hamilton states, "We are continuing to invest in new design systems and product solutions that offer a wider range of modular building solutions to the California Education Sector, and which leverage our established expertise in design, manufacturing, installation and after-market support services. More school officials are expressing their desire for permanent-type buildings from their modular providers and we currently have several school districts who have started negotiations with our sales team for upcoming projects, one of them a complete new campus in Southern California with an estimated value of nearly $6 million".
