The World Golf League De-Listed from Berlin Exchange

ORLANDO, Fla., June 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that it has been successfully de-listed from the Berlin Stock Exchange, effective 6/21/04.

"This is a very important milestone for the strength and stability of WGFL shares," said Mike Pagnano, CEO of The WGL, Inc. The Berlin Stock Exchange has been suspected of circumventing the rules now in place on the U.S. OTC BB, relative to the short selling of micro cap securities.

The World Golf League markets a professional golf concept, directly and through licensees in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship.
