Rx Processing Signs Distribution Agreement with Rx Care Canada Inc. to Handle Increasing Demand

TAMPA, Fla., June 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rx Processing Corporation (Pink Sheets:RXPC) announces today that the Company has reached an agreement with Rx Care Canada Incorporated to expand its distribution capacity in order to handle increasing demand.

Rx Care Canada Inc., believed to possess the second-largest distribution network in Canada, has been a market leader in driving online sales and developing an extensive affiliate network of storefronts in the United States. Per the Rx Care Canada agreement, the Company receives additional capacity of 5,000 orders per day and distribution is immediately scaleable. The increased distribution capacity will also lower prescription fulfillment time to approximately 10 days per order.

Currently, Rx Processing is set to launch a national marketing campaign to continue its rapid growth. The Company is expanding and is quickly becoming a leader in order facilitation of prescription medications through Canada.

Peter Fiorillo, CEO of Rx Processing, commented, "This strategic relationship will allow Rx Processing to greatly increase our ability to handle demand by increasing our distribution capacity to handle orders outside of our affiliated retail storefronts. We are positioned to retain more than the 6 new clients needed per day to drive this company to $20 million in sales within three years. Additionally, Rx Processing supports the Dorgan-Snowe prescription drug importation bill as a means of lowering the high cost of prescription drugs and encourages its shareholders and all concerned parties to call their senators and urge them to pass this important legislation."
