GLEN ROCK, N.J., July 18, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Davis & Company, a leading employee communication consulting firm, has relocated to new offices at 11 Harristown Road, Glen Rock, N.J., which will provide the rapidly expanding company with increased space and an advanced learning center.
Formerly based in River Edge, N.J., the company has grown to a staff of nearly 20 experts in employee communication, learning, graphic design and research. The firm's new office will provide space for growth as well as a learning center to be used for workshops, focus groups, coaching and planning sessions. Designed by architect Keith Lesser of Paramus, N.J., the learning center's heart is a large corner room with small tables for interaction, instead of traditional classroom style. On each side of the meeting room are two "breakout" rooms, which enable the large group to separate and engage in small-group intensive learning.
A large welcoming reception area of the office will facilitate informal peer-to-peer coaching and networking. "The whole environment is designed to be very comfortable, to feel like a place where people can relax and be open to learning," said Alison Davis, Davis & Company CEO.
