During June 2001, Amer Group Plc has purchased a total of 213,800 of its own shares, the average price being EUR 26.76 per share.
At the end of June, the number of its own shares held by the Company was 615,800.
The authority to purchase its own shares was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 7 March 2001, and was limited to a maximum of 5% of the Company's registered share capital.
