Taronis Technologies Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock, Pre-Funded Warrants and Warrants


TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Taronis Technologies, Inc. (“Taronis") or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MNGA), a clean technology company in the renewable resources and environmental conservation industry, announced today that it intends to offer for sale a combination of shares of its common stock (or pre-funded warrants to purchase common stock in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to continue its acquisition strategy and for general corporate purposes, including working capital. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
