TORONTO, Jan. 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- During an extended trading halt pending a fundamental change, Wabi Exploration Inc. announced a name change to Getchell Gold Corp. The Exchange published Bulletin 2018-0818, which included the new CUSIP and ISIN for Getchell Gold Corp.
Following completion of the fundamental change transaction, the Exchange published Bulletin 2018-1135 to announce trading would resume under the new name, Getchell Gold Corp.
Prior to the resumption, disclosure from the Issuer indicated that a 1:6 (1 new share for each 6 old shares) consolidation had taken place, yet several deposits to CDS were made under Getchell Gold’s pre-consolidation CUSIP in post-consolidated volumes. The Exchange had not announced that the consolidation was effective, nor was it processed by CDS.
As a result, despite disclosure by the Issuer, trades between December 3, 2018 and December 18, 2018, were executed on a pre-consolidated basis.
CDS will correct the deposits, process the consolidation and trading will resume on a post consolidated basis.

À la suite de la transaction de modification fondamentale, la Bourse a publié le Bulletin 2018-1135 pour annoncer que la négociation reprendrait sous le nouveau nom Getchell Gold Corp.
Avant la reprise, les informations communiquées par l’émetteur indiquaient qu’une consolidation de 1: 6 (1 action pour 6 actions anciennes) avait eu lieu, mais que plusieurs dépôts auprès de CDS avaient été effectués dans le cadre du programme CUSIP pré-consolidation de Getchell Gold en volumes post-consolidés. La Bourse n’avait pas annoncé l’efficacité de la consolidation ni le traitement de la CDS.
En conséquence, malgré les informations communiquées par l'émetteur, les transactions entre le 3 décembre 2018 et le 18 décembre 2018 ont été réalisées sur une base pré-consolidée.
La CDS corrigera les dépôts, procédera à la consolidation et la négociation reprendra sur une base post-consolidée.
