Limeade to Offer SHRM-Accredited Workshops at Limeade Engage Conference

Exciting keynotes, top employers and research-based workshops will inspire HR professionals to lead the charge in meaningful workplace transformation

Bellevue, Wash., Feb. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Limeade, an employee engagement company, today unveiled three SHRM-accredited workshops led by the Limeade Institute as part of the annual Limeade Engage conference. Limeade Engage 2018, designed to help HR leaders unlock their inner changemaker and transform workplace culture, will take place April 18-19th, at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf & Spa Resort in Savannah, Georgia.

Limeade Institute Workshops
The Limeade Institute, which works with customers, partners and Limeade employees to translate research into actionable strategies and product enhancements, will feature a series of in-depth workshops to help Limeade Engage attendees inspire change within their own organizations. Using a hands-on approach, the Limeade Institute will explore the connection between well-being and engagement, present new research on engagement and burnout and demonstrate how to apply these findings to today’s workplaces.

“We want attendees to leave with tangible ways to take action, so we’re thrilled to offer three workshops eligible for SHRM professional development credits,” said Dr. Laura Hamill, chief people officer and managing director of the Limeade Institute. “With staggeringly low engagement rates, we know the way we work is broken. At Limeade Engage, we aim to inspire and empower HR leaders to join us in tackling the employee engagement problem.”

Attendees will select two of the following sessions to complete during Limeade Engage 2018:

  • Employee Engagement: The Next Chapter – Dig into the science behind employee engagement and discover groundbreaking new research on topics like burnout, inclusion and how well-being and engagement are connected.

  • The Limeade Results Model: Redefining ROI – Learn about the science behind a holistic approach to well-being and how to measure the impact of employee engagement programs on business results.

  • Organizational Support: How You Invest in Well-Being - Discover the components that must be in place to improve employee well-being and why authentically supporting employees is critical for building a great place to work.

Limeade Engage will offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Professional Development Credits for attendees who complete these sessions.

In addition to keynote speakers Daniel Pink, Josh Bersin and Lisa Bodell, Limeade Engage attendees will hear from top employers, industry analysts and Limeade partners. Conference attendees will also hear tips and success stories from top employers and HR changemakers including:
