Seeking to allow the clients of AB Ūkio bankas to participate in the announced official tender offer of AB Invalda to purchase its own shares, the temporary administrator of AB Ūkio bankas signed the agreement with AB Šiaulių bankas regarding the transfer from AB Ūkio bankas to AB Šiaulių bankas of the remaining ordinary registered shares of AB Invalda owned by the clients of AB Ūkio bankas holding the agreements of provision of the investment services.
On 4 March 2013 the ordinary registered shares of AB Invalda owned by the clients of Ūkio bankas and kept with AB Ūkio bankas shall be transferred to the accounting of AB Šiaulių bankas (number of CSDL participant 982). The clients of AB Ūkio bankas willing to sell their shares during the official tender offer of AB Invalda have to address the branches of AB Šiaulių bankas and to sign the relevant documents.
We would like to pay your attention to the fact that according to the resolution made by AB Central Securities Depository of Lithuania passed in order to maintain the integrity of Lithuanian financial market, the orders of all clients of AB Ūkio bankas, which had been executed partially or in full until the suspension of the membership of AB Ūkio bankas in NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, had not been annulled and were settled by 15 February 2013.
The information with regard to any other securities of the clients, which were accounted in AB Ūkio bankas, shall be provided in the nearest future. We are making all the efforts in order to enable the clients to dispose their securities as soon as possible.
