ADB International Group, Inc.'s (ADBI) 50% Subsidiary, Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc., Announces Discussions and Presentation of Its Small-Scale "BOPstopper" Prototype to the National Oil Spill Response Research & Renewable Energy Test Facility (Ohmsett) Located at the Naval Weapons Station Earle Waterfront in Leonardo, New Jersey

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - November 1, 2010) -  ADB International Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ADBI), through its 50% investment in Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc., (Subsea), announced that a meeting was held on Friday, Oct. 29, 2010 with personnel at the National Oil Spill Response Research & Renewable Energy Test Facility (Ohmsett) to present and explain the features of Subsea's small-scale prototype of the "BOPstopper", which is designed to contain a defective blowout preventer (BOP) in case of a deep water oil drilling accident similar to the 2010 BP/Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

"I greatly appreciate and thank the personnel at Ohmsett for their interest expressed in discussing Subsea's research plans with me, as well as granting me permission to bring Subsea's first small-scale prototype of the BOPstopper onto their premises," stated Scott Wolinsky, the inventor of the BOPstopper. Mr. Wolinsky further stated, "Subsea is confident that we have valuable, practical solutions for increasing the safety and reliability of deepwater oil well drilling operations, and we are pleased to begin discussions with Ohmsett about our future testing and research plans."

Ohmsett's website http://www.ohmsett.com/ states that it "provides independent and objective performance testing of full-scale oil spill response equipment...." The website also states that, "It is the largest outdoor saltwater wave/tow tank facility in North America and is the only facility where full-scale oil spill response equipment testing, research, and training can be conducted in a marine environment with oil under controlled environmental conditions (waves and oil types)."

Subsea's "BOPstopper" is designed to substantially isolate a defective BOP stack that spews oil and/or gas from the ocean by completely circumventing and encasing the defective BOP.

Additional details regarding Subsea's intellectual property (IP) portfolio, some of the technical features disclosed by the patent applications and information about the Inventor of this technology may be accessed through the "Subsidiaries" webpage of ADBI's website at http://www.adbintl.com or through http://www.subseaoiltech.com
