Baltikums Banka Will Pay the Interest and Principal Amount for the Twelfth Period of the Third Bond Issue

In compliance with the requirements of the Latvian Central Depository Rules
No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, that on 2 February,
2010 Baltikums Banka will make a coupon payment (interest) and principal amount
payment on its third issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800407) for the twelfth
coupon period (from November 02, 2009, till February 02, 2010). 

The total calculated interest amount is EUR 59,068.14; the coupon (interest)
amount per note is EUR 0.9511778. The principal amount of the notes is EUR
6,210,000.00; the due principal amount per note is EUR 100.00. 

According to the terms of the issue of Baltikums Banka, the coupon rate was set
for each interest calculation period based on the 3 months EURIBOR rate fixed
on the coupon rate determination date plus 3% p.a.
