On the 28th of October 2009 AS Eesti Telekom and Swedbank AS have concluded a loan agreement with the limit amount of EEK 870,000,000. The final term of loan is the 1st of November 2010. The basis for calculation of annual interest is EEK Prime + 1,5%. The purpose of the loan is funding Eesti Telekom concern working capital.
