North American Galvanizing & Coatings Reports Update On Subordinated Debt Offering


TULSA, Okla., Aug. 17, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- North American Galvanizing & Coatings, Inc. (Nasdaq:NGA) announced today that the Company has received the minimum subscription requirement as set forth in the subordinated notes with warrants offering of $5 million.

The subscription period is scheduled to close August 18, 2009, and the closing is expected August 21, 2009. The Company expects to report the total proceeds raised and other information regarding the offering within two days after the closing.

North American Galvanizing is a leading provider of hot-dip galvanizing and coatings for corrosion protection of fabricated steel products. The Company conducts its galvanizing and coating business through a network of plants located in Benwood, West Virginia, Canton, Ohio, Denver, Hurst (Dallas/Fort Worth), Houston, Kansas City, Louisville, Nashville, St. Louis and the Tulsa area.
