AS Luterma subsidiary Tere AS created a new company that is named Põlva SEJ OÜ. Company was registered in commercial registry by Harju county court registration department with 9th of July 2009 entry. Põlva SEJ creator owns 100% of the company. Põlva SEJ OÜ share capital is 100 000 Estonian kroons. Companies main area of activity is supply of steam and air-conditioned air. The plan is to give to the company a boiler-house that way acquired by OÜ Põlva Piim Tootmine in October last year and that is unattached with Tere AS main area of activity. Põlva SEJ OÜ manager is Taavi Toots. Taavi Toots worked from the beginning of July 2007 as a financial director of Tere AS, in January 2009 he was chosen to be manager of Tere AS. From the beginning of June 2007 Taavi Toots is a member of the supervisory board of Solidum AS and Meieri Transport AS. Creation of the new company is transaction with related persons for the purposes of the Tallinn Stock Exchange rules because creator of the company is subsidiary of AS Luterma.
