LOS ANGELES, May 14, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fantastic Films International (FFI), headed by Roxane Barbat and Fred deWysocki, has signed on to handle the worldwide distribution for OUTRAGE, a white-knuckle thriller starring Michael Madsen (Sin City, Reservoir Dogs), Natasha Lyonne (American Pie) and Michael Berryman (The Devil's Rejects, The Hills Have Eyes).
Michael Madsen plays Farragut, an ex-Marine sniper who unleashes a wave of terror upon a group of friends (Natasha Lyonne, Katie Fountain, Ace Cruz and Derek Lee Nixon) who are on vacation in a mountain lodge. The friends escape into the woods, with help from a simple handyman, Bill (Pauly D), and a mountain mystic, Obeah (Michael Berryman), but the bloodthirsty killers are in hot pursuit.
Producer/director Ace Cruz brings the story itself to life with pulse-pounding intensity, drawing upon his cast of notable screen vets.
