Findings of 5th Annual State of Market Survey to be Presented


WAKEFIELD, Mass., March 23, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO), www.sempo.org, is exhibiting at Search Engine Strategies New York, being held at the Hilton New York Hotel, March 24-26, 2009. SEMPO will hold an annual meeting and reception, open to members and non-members, on Tuesday, March 24, 6:15-8 p.m. in the Sutton South room.

At the annual meeting, outgoing president Jeffrey Pruitt will present an overview of recent accomplishments, highlight key findings from SEMPO's annual state of the market survey, and share SEMPO's strategic direction for the new year. The SEMPO New York Local working group will also host "demo night," featuring live demonstrations of new and exciting technologies.

At the SEMPO meeting, newly elected officers, Jeffrey Pruitt, SEMPO chairman, and Sara Holoubek, SEMPO president, will be introduced. SEMPO Institute recently announced a mentoring program to match experienced search marketing people with recent graduates. The first mentors who have signed up for the program will be introduced.
