AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 3, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- North American Energy Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:NAEN), an early stage oil and gas exploration and production company, announced today that it has completed a gas well in the Mississippi Chat formation adjacent to its two recently completed oil wells.
The well had been perfed and was acidized with 300 barrels of a 15% acid solution at 600 lbs. of pressure. The Company expects the well to flow gas within the week and will be connected to NAEN's majority-owned Apwash Pipeline system.
The Company will complete a fourth well on the same lease and will drill one additional well in the first quarter of 2009.
