The gold occurs as 1 to 5 micron diameter fine grained free gold within open cavities of the vughy silica. The preliminary laboratory testing has indicated that 95% to 99% recoveries of the gold are possible using cyanide leaching. Indications are that the property has a large tonnage of low grade free gold with excellent recoveries.
