(Pink Sheets:GCLT) announces it has entered into an agreement with a local real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to accept a direct feed of participating agent's and broker property listings on its real estate site Sikku.com (Seek You).
GainClients/Sikku.com is one of the first third party vendors, other than Broker and/or Agent website providers and Realtor.com, to receive a direct link to the Tucson Multiple Listing Services' data. When a Sikku.com client posts a listing to the MLS, it is automatically, with Broker permission, pushed to Sikku.com by an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feed provided by the MLS. Once populated on Sikku.com, the listing is then automatically syndicated out to Sikku.com's six property search syndication partners: Trulia, Google, Edgio, Oodle, Vast and Propsmart.
GainClients/Sikku.com is in the process of securing MLS Internet Data Exchange feeds from other participating Multiple Listing Services across the country to assist Brokers and Agents by offering an automated system, which allows their listings to be seen by more potential buyers while saving them valuable time and money. Presently, agents can upload their listings manually and they are automatically syndicated out. Look for additional MLS feed updates at www.Sikku.com.
