CHANGE IN PERLOS' EXECUTIVE BOARD

Chief Technology Officer Timo Seppä has decided to leave the company
and continue his career outside Perlos. Timo Seppä's resignation will
take effect after a hand-over period on December 31.

Product Design Director Petri Perälä is nominated as Chief Technology
Officer as of today. In addition, he will continue as a head of
Global Product Design. Petri Perälä will be a member of Perlos'
Executive Board.

for Perlos over the years and wish him success in his future
challenges. I also want to wish Petri the best of luck in his new
