ISELIN, N.J., Aug. 13, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- SoftNet Technology Corp. (OTCBB:STTC) (German WKN:TG6) announced today that it had secured the Company's first project in the recently added Application Delivery Practice.

The client is a leading NYC-based information and entertainment company, and one of the largest licensing agencies in the world. Their primary business focus is the development and management of licensed merchandise and promotional programs.

"SoftNet will be engaged in the delivery of a change management program which will address their transformation needs as they implement a new strategic technology platform. It will include certain organizational design and operational re-engineering elements.
