Rx Processing Signs 3-Year Sales Affiliate Agreement with Liberty Benefits

Agreement Provides 125,000 Members Access to Low-Cost, Re-Imported Drugs

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rx Processing Corporation (Pink Sheets:RXPC) one of the nation's leading sources of low-cost prescription medications, has signed a distribution agreement to provide Liberty Benefits Inc., an Indianapolis-based health benefits management company with more than 125,000 members, access to the Rx Processing's low cost mail-order prescriptions.

The agreement establishes Rx Processing Corporation as the new mail-order prescription-processing center for Liberty Benefits for the next three years. Rx Processing works with licensed pharmacies both domestically and internationally, to provide top quality name brand and generic drugs. The cost savings in filling prescriptions with either discounted U.S. or Canadian government-approved drugs can be up to 84 percent.

According to Liberty Benefits President Rick Redman, "Our mission has been to bridge the gap between rapidly rising health care costs, annual double-digit increases in insurance and prescription premiums, and the American worker. By joining forces with Rx Processing, we accomplish our goal-offering quality products for the lowest price."

"The phones are already ringing with calls from Liberty Benefits clients looking for a way to minimize their prescription drug expenses without sacrificing safety or quality," said Peter Fiorillo, President of Rx Processing. "We take pride in offering individuals a way in which they can afford both approved brand-name and generic prescription medications. That's a critical savings for the millions of Americans who lack prescription drug coverage. Why should Americans pay more for the exact same medications being sold for so much less just over the border?"
